I am a fan of Orihime and Ichihime.
Now the whole 'orihime is a burden' thing is a lame excuse. Rukia was one hell of a burden when she got captured, but everyone seems to love her and IchiRuki. WTF IS THE DEAL!? All togeather Orihime is more usefull than Rukia IMO. Orihime can bring people back to life for gods sake. Rukia just gets captured/badly injured and make everybody upset like shes the key to world destruction or something. Wich is why I Hate Rukia. I'm all for RukiRenji, though. But really, whos more usefull, someone who can bring you back to life or someone who makes everyone drop all THIER problems to work on HERS?

Ok, yes Rukia did kill a espada. But to be honest that does nothing to make her more usefull. She basicly died, then everyone flipped out about it. Byakuya went and made annoying dumbass speach about it too. And it's not like the 9th espada was anything anyway. He was a giant mass of hollows with Ichigo's, oh sorry, Kaien's face on it. Oh, BTW Rukia loves Ichigo because he's like Kaiens twin. Nothing more. So STFU. Anyone could have killed the 9th espada, for gods sake, Chad could have.

Orihime, yes she healed the enemy. But with Aizen releseing a moutain of spirtitual pressure on you what would you do. Not to metion she was in a room full of espada so I highly doubt anyone would fight back here. I know if you were in Orihime's shoes what would you do? Plus her healing Grimmy gave us that epic Ichigo vs. Grimmjow battle. She did bitch slap Ulquiorra, wich took courage. She may not have mush offensive ability, but she has a strong heart and will. I highly doubt any of you would be ready to take a hit from Yammy while protecting your friend. I know I would probably just ditch my friend. She also cares enough about her friends to hand herself to the enemy, where anyone could kill her at anytime, and not want rescue. Shes not a burden, she didn't want to be rescued, Ichigo and Co. went on thier own. The only reason she worries about Ichigo so much is because she LOVES him. LOVES. Love makes you care about people, like some assholes need to learn. Shes kind, sweet, reassuring, she can always make people feel better. If it wasn't for her this Manga would be more Shojo and be full of Angst and death. And I know many of you and Grimmjow fans, so don't act like you hate her for healing your favorite character. Also, Hiyori is awesome, can't wait for orihime to kickass there. Plus I feel shes the key to winning, not Ichigo and his spikey hair, and lare sword, but orihime ability to deny stuff. Shes going to use it on the Hokiyoku. SHE WILL RULE ALL. O_e
